It would be nice to have report which can chats missed by an operator - mueller

If you have just one operator, you can see the missed chat:
1. Open VisitCentric login page - http://www.visitcentric.net/login.html
2. Select Stats / Live Chat Setup & Report, Login area and user/pwd
3. Then Reports - Operator wise Feedback
4. On report page, select duration of report and operator name.
This report has total chats, chat missed and feedback given by visitor.
When there are multiple operator who are working in different shifts, it is not possible to clearly state, out of so many operator, who actually missed a particular chat. However, you can always get number of missed chat for a particular duration.

We have updated VisitCentric, and now it is not limited to operator's number. Admin can check missed chat and get email at a specific email id with the pre-chat survey details.
This ensure, you will not lose any prospective visitor on your website. ![]()
